    • Woobee KnitShop’s Terms and Conditions on Cancelation – Returns – Exchanges:
      Dye lot do change and there is a difference in the colors, A & B colors in the Sale yarn are different in color, different monitor also will give the product a different shade.  If you have question on the color Please call are E-mail me before ordering.
      1. CANCELATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGE a product(s), first CALL or text 307-760-2092 for approval of Return or Exchange.
      NO Returns, Refunds or exchanges on: Pattern Books – Patterns – Cone Yarn – Wool Wax Creme Skin Care – Sale product – Discontinued product – Clearance products.
      3. NO RETURNS after 15 days 
      of the post mark on the package.
      4. Cancelation within the hour of the order $5.00 processing charge.
      5. Returns or Cancelations after an hour will be 25% of the total cost of the Product(s).  If ordered has been processed for shipping, the shipping cost will also be subtracted from the Invoice total.

When USPS indicates that your merchandise has been delivered, the risk of lost is passes to you. Without insurance the responsibility of lose becomes yours, when your order leaves my shop.

1. Products are shipped from the Shop or Warehouse depending on what is in my shops Stock.
2. PRE-ORDERS – is a back order that needs to be process, or in the process of completion – approx. ETA Date will Be Given.
3. If you need a particular dye lot, please contact me before you order to see if it is available.

SHIPPING INFORMATION TIMES  – Order are processed first and usually sent out the next Business Day.
Order from my shop are sent out Monday – Saturday.
Orders Shipped from the Warehouse Monday – Friday only.
Exceptions to the shipping times
 – During this time of the Coronavirus crisis the mail may take a little longer to receive – November through December may take longer due to the Holiday rush – NON-USPS Carrier PICKUP – USPS not processing the package that day – Holidays – Weekends – Bad Weather – Power Outage – any on-for-seen Emergency, this will delay shipping time.
